he fills his stroller
with sticks.

is it an ice cream cone?
why not.

says he’s too hot today –
has taken all his clothes off,
and now we can’t find them.

he agrees to wear his Spider-Man undies.

She

says Yes Yes Yes I know…
to her glass of milk.

there’s a cow in her glass,
and she’s talking to it. obviously.

have a yellow one
it’s your favourite colour, Nana.
I thank her for banana.

They

discovered that they’re allowed to scream

on the waterslide
at the pool
they are both hoarse,

which they think sounds hysterically
funny when they laugh.
