18.12: Ten Things of Thankful

Greetings from Bogotá Colombia

1 Ceilings to look at when the queue at security in Madrid airport is longer than when all those animals boarded Noah’s ark.

2 Thankful that the assembly task isn’t mine. Yes, Bogotá also has Ikea.

3 Laughter. Shouting. Games. Jokes. Grandchildren.

4 For the abundance of amazing flowers, fruit and vegetables, all grown in Colombia. The fridge and our plates are full.

5 The sound of church bells across the street on Sunday morning.

6 To witness the amazing energy in tropical storm, Bogotá style.

7 Thankful to watch to my grandaughter dance in her ballet recital, plus the amazing performance of the Bogotá Academy of Dance.

8 Hibiscus trees everywhere with the most amazing scented blossoms.

9 To see the art installation on the external wall of the Palace of Justice.

10 To revisit the church where my son and his wife were married

Hope you have a very good week.

The TToT has always been big on making this a friendly community, and getting to know each other through posts and comments is a huge part of that. We’re thankful for you!
