I am left
to the beauty of night.
Skin, lamps, bright and shining.
Earth no longer
grips me
to its pale.

  3. I’m getting a found poetry itch. Looking for the right book ( to read, find from, AND deface—which makes for a tall order).

    1. My cousin, Bob, gave me this book for my birthday, and besides being a good read, it’s a gem for found poetry because it’s mostly 1st person narrative. The Poeming let us select our own books this year. Brilliant!
