5 April: A-to-Z Challenge

AI Artwork: blue mountains at sunrise

D is for Dawn

Light licks at the sky
from the borders of dawn
and mountains fill blue.

It’s sun-bleached sheets on grass weather,
and this slow day grows into nothing.

For A-Z Challenge. Dawn: the time of morning at which the sun is 6 degrees below the horizon. At this time, there is enough light for objects to be distinguishable and that outdoor activities can commence. Written for the A-to-Z Challenge. Declared theme for the challenge is Weather. Sunrise is a promise. Sunset is a blessing.

This often is the case when days ahead may be accepted as a given, given the uncertainties of life presently. In reality it is true, you got it right, Misky Ma’am!

  7. Weather is an interesting theme. The dawn and dusk are particularly fascinating. One never gets tired of that time of the day.
