1 May: Last photo taken in April with my iPhone for Bush Boy’s Last On The Card post.

Sinigang-style veg soup with carrots, new potatoes, parsnips, white cabbage, daikon radish, tamarind paste, braised in a veg broth. That’s my husband’s thumb in the photo.

      The tamarind is what makes it. Adds a slight sour taste to the broth.
