Day 10: Miz Quickly’s Change

FILLING UP THE FLOWERS

Triggers are
in the air. The weather feels

gypsy-restless, it makes
ones head and shoulders rise

above its huddled
comforts. It’s time to weed

browns from the garden,
plant silver skinned bulbs.

Our hands hold life
every time spring finds us.

    1. It’s cold. It’s foggy. And the fog is freezing. And my smart meter is doing stupid numbers. But good news! Young son, wife, and grandkids might be coming here for the whole month of July!!
