For Twiglet #216

The Strong Arm Water

He’s the strong arm of water.
A river at night.

We move around the fringe of few
and plenty words.

Breathe hard as frozen rain
that sticks to skin.

And we drain the river.

  1. Water always wins, whatever its form. I like it best warm, coming out of whirlpool jets 🙂

  3. Misky – you remind me of all the times man attempts to control water. All the dams…
And the mighty Niagara Falls – there is beauty in the force the strong arm of water.
Too often draining an area for a human purpose just messes up so much of the environment for other animals.
