The Architecture of a Moment
Notes: Rooted in the oldest English tradition, Anglo-Saxon accentual verse follows the rhythm of breath and heartbeat rather than syllable or rhyme, where meaning is carried by cadence, image, and pause.
The Architecture of Advice
When the world grinds
grey, granular,
and the weight in your chest
turns to gravity,
be a rebellion.
Do not demand a symphony;
ask for a single note.
Ask for steam
for your cup.
Notice the light
as it grasps the floor;
greet it
like a secret.
Then — smile.
