6 February: Found Poetry

Vocables

We are affected by the radiation
of’ words.

Words enter ears
but love enters one’s heart.

Listen to your secrets
and take away all meaning.

No one is everything.

  2. “Ηλιόπετρα ( SunStone) ”
The world is born when two kiss
Love is war, a door that opens
A little light drips into the bowels
The bodies that merge are skylights

You walk beside me like a shady tree
    Under an ageless sun
Your eyes are fountains of dreams everywhere
Often the wild beasts quench their thirst

The world changes when two kiss
It is transformed, everything is sanctified
The slave puts feathers on his shoulders
You cease to be another shadow

I’m asking for your face, I’m delirious again
Flowers of jasmine and salt in the wound
Thorn of Death, Dawn of the Moon
    Marine writing on the basalt

The world gets smaller when two kiss
The chamber becomes the center of the world
And half open like a ripe fruit
Or like a star explodes and goes out

Your skirt is splashing made of water
My bones are raining all at once
But no matter how much it rains, I won’t be afraid
Because your belly is a sunny square

The world is naked when two are rolling
    From vertigo on the grass
Troubles are resolved, souls set sail
The space is silence and light only”

    1. This is one of those occasions when words would only dilute what I’m feeling.

      1. … although I’d add that I love listening to it in a language I don’t understand.

  3. Such words and image that leaves you feeling things beneath the surface of discernment. Sorry to have been absent but work has been grueling. Thanks for the efforts you put into each post.

    1. Sorry to hear that work is grinding you down, Roland, but no one should apologise for being employed. You have a job that saves lives. I’ll be around to yours this evening. ♥️
