26 January: Found Poetry

AI artwork: moody hallway with large staircase, litter and cracked plastic all about the floor

Emptied

Empty yourself of a thousand
withered minds
and thoughtlessness.
There’s no progress
in apathy, he said,
but nevertheless
he walked away.

  1. Where are you going my heart with open sails?
For which heavenly magic stars you sailed
Where are you going my heart with open sails?
    For what distant homeland
Sea, sky with stars, nowhere land
Where are you going my heart with open sails?

What love, what port, what consolation
You will embrace the wave and caress the South wind
Where are you going my heart with open sails?
